How does the rental process work?

Once we have received your rental info and confirmed the dates for your stay, our rental agents, Maria or Adele, will contact you with the contract. There's nothing else you need to do.

Where do we pick up the keys, and who do we contact if we have questions?

Maria or Adele at Marco Island Rental Properties take care of everything for you. They are located at 237 N. Collier Blvd., (239) 394-8686.

When can we check-in, and what time do we need to check out?

Check-in is generally 3PM and check-out is 10AM.
